H.O.P.E., Inc. was established in 1992 for the purpose of providing Residential Habilitative Services in a community environment for individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities. H.O.P.E., Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. H.O.P.E., Inc. began it’s voyage in 1992 with one home in Etowah county and has since grown to eight homes serving 20 individuals across the county. H.O.P.E., Inc. is a certified provider of Residential Services through the Alabama Department of Mental Health.
