Michele Centers, Administrative Assistant
Michele started with H.O.P.E., Inc. in 1999 as a Direct Care Staff in the Litchfield home. InĀ 2004, she transitioned into office management. Christina McCreless, QDDP
Christina came on board at H.O.P.E., Inc. in April, 2018. She serves as the agency’s Qualified Developmental Disability Professional (QDDP). Christina is responsible for the planning and implementation of services for our individuals. Prior to coming to H.O.P.E., Inc., Christina has an extensive background in a variety of services for individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities. She has served as a Certified Target Case Manager, a QDDP for Day Habilitation Services, and also has previous experience as a QDDP for Residential Services. Jeremy Mallett, Executive Director
Jeremy began with H.O.P.E., Inc. in August, 2011, as QDDP. Prior to this, he began working in the field as a 1-on-1 staff at a local Day Program. Since then, he has served as a QDDP in Day Habilitation and Residential settings, State Director with a nationwide I/DD agency, and as an inpatient counselor at a MI hospital. Alison Lightsey, MAS RN
Alison joined H.O.P.E., Inc., in June, 2019. She received her RN license through Gadsden State in 2014. Alison has 10+ years combined in the nursing field through Gadsden Regional Medical Center, Riverview Regional Medical Center, and Hospice care. She also serves as MAS RN for another local provider.
